It is highly detailed with embossed flowers and has a wire wrapped faceted black glass bead detail as it's centerpiece. It has a magnet closure and measures 7 1/2" in circumference. Links can be added to extend the length per customer request. There is no hallmark and the piece is probably silver plated.
